Director
Claire Holt is an independent strategic advisor with over 25 years of experience working at the most senior levels of corporate and organisational life.
She has been embedded with C-suite leaders and group executives across FTSE listed companies, global technology and banking businesses, major media organisations, and the third sector - trusted with the decisions, dynamics, and reputational challenges that don't get discussed in formal meetings.
Her work is hard to categorise neatly. Part strategic advisor, part trusted counsel, part fixer. She sits between the roles of communications director, chief of staff, and trusted advisor - depending on what the situation requires.
She has delivered some of the most high-profile events in her client’s businesses, navigated board level complexity, and pushed clients toward the right answer rather than the easy one.
Claire also serves as an Independent Trustee - a role that has included successfully navigating legal scrutiny in the High Court, and which requires the same qualities she brings to all her work. Discretion, sound judgment, and a clear head under pressure.
She works with a small number of clients at any one time.
